The skin over the eye, particular the outside (lateral) part, can also sag, exaggerating the sleepy appearance. A chemical brow lift relaxes the muscle that pulls down the eyebrows (orbicularis oculi), helping the muscles in the forehead to help lift the brows and give the eyes a more open expression, creating a more youthful and fresh appearance. This is achieved by precise injection of botulinum at specific points just below the brow.
Treatment is quick, extremely effective with minimal discomfort, and lasts around 3-4 months.
